Our client is a medium-sized retirement and nursing home in the Liestal area with around 100 employees. Together with the experienced home management, you will shape the strategic and operational management of the nursing department with a focus on quality, humanity and economic responsibility. We are looking for early and late shifts immediately for a professionally competent, team-capable and adaptable personality as a health specialist Your tasks: *Holistic and individual care as well as support of the residents according to the principles of our mission statement *Professional implementation of nursing, therapeutic and diagnostic measures *Responsibility for the capture, planning, implementation and continuous evaluation of the nursing process *Assumption of daily responsibility and ensuring a smooth station operation *Organization, coordination and accompaniment of doctor's visits as well as implementation of the resulting measures Your profile: *Completed training as a health specialist EFZ or equivalent *Independent and responsible way of working *Outstanding social competence, team and communication skills *High service and customer orientation *8-fold: In the case of a foreign diploma, SRK recognition is mandatory Still questions?
