If you appreciate responsibility, like working in networks, and leading ambitious projects to success, we look forward to meeting you. ### What awaits you * You develop and manage fire safety concepts for various construction projects. * You identify risks, define necessary measures, and ensure their implementation. * You plan, coordinate, and accompany integral tests. * You guarantee the quality of fire protection on a constructive, technical, and organizational level. * You advise and accompany our clients regarding operational fire protection throughout the building life cycle. * You are the main interlocutor for clients, authorities, and project partners. * You direct and manage projects and mandates with overall operational responsibility. * You take charge of consulting mandates, general project management, and client representation. ### What you bring * You have at least the AEAI fire detection system specialist certificate and are ready to pursue further training. * Ideally, you already possess an AEAI specialist qualification or AEAI expert qualification in fire protection. * You already have experience in project management. * You have solid technical knowledge in fire protection. * You work in a structured, autonomous, and efficient manner, even in complex projects. * You are very proficient in Excel; CAD knowledge is an asset. * You communicate easily in French and possess good professional knowledge of German. * You hold a category B driver's license and have a clean criminal record. * You are ready to work at least once a week at the Schönbühl site ### What we offer you * Wide range of internal development possibilities * 16 weeks of maternity leave * Staff parties and recognition programs * Part-time work and job sharing: flexible working models adapted to your life * Attractive ISS Switzerland pension fund * Advantageous Swisscom mobile subscriptions for the whole family * Staff offer platform with interesting discounts and special rates * Structured onboarding in the initial phase ### Ready for us?
