Chef de rang

The employer is looking for a:

Chef de rang (reported profession)

Tasks:

• preparation of tables and premises
• excellent knowledge of the food, beverage and wine menu
• advising the customer
• responsible for maintaining hygiene standards, order and cleanliness of one's station
• preparing the bill and collecting payment

Requirements:

• several years of experience accumulated in the Hotel sector
• availability and flexibility in working hours and days
• good knowledge of Italian and German, discrete knowledge of English
• driving license cat. B
• having own car

Employment details:

• workplace Ascona
• occupation from 10 - 100%
• employment from immediately, fixed-term until 20.11.2026
• shift work, Sunday work and holiday work
• salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the sector
