For the Tertianum Im Lenz in the Aargau region, we are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Cook EFZ 50-100%   Your tasks • Responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all types of meals according to the menu plan and special requests • Responsible for regeneration, finishing, and portioning of the meals • Co-responsible for efficient inventory management • Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines • Proper and professional organization of work within the kitchen service • Co-responsibility for controlling management as well as quality management Your profile • Training as a Cook EFZ with professional experience • Many years of experience in the area of hot and cold kitchen, finishing/regeneration and portioning of meals • Professional and independent work attitude • Flair for plating and decorating food • Readiness for assignments at events and caterings • Knowledge of system gastronomy as well as à la carte cuisine • Driving license B is a requirement • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in versatile challenges • Good German language skills in speaking and writing • Readiness to work until 21.00 Why Tertianum?
