Here are your tasks ### • * You prepare our seminar and event rooms in accordance with the event mandate • * You take care of our guests and organizers during the event • * You ensure catering, technology and infrastructure • * You check the rooms and perform follow-up as well as invoicing according to the directives • * You work in close collaboration with the different departments • * You support during banquets and special events • * You take care of general cleaning and maintenance work • What we expect from you ### • * You have completed training in hospitality/catering or comparable professional experience • * You have experience in the field of seminars, events or banquets • * You enjoy contact with guests, are communicative and always remain considerate and friendly • *   • * You have a keen sense of service and are ready to make an extra effort for our guests • *   • * You are reliable, have a good ability to assimilate and a good sense of our guests' needs • * You speak German fluently, other languages are an asset *
