Mandated by our client, a market leader, we are looking for a production-oriented Electronics Technician. This Electronics Technician operates at the heart of performance, reliability, and continuous product improvement. With a background in electronics, he/she participates in the production, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and analysis of products, while playing an active role in after-sales service, technical support, and customer relations. Electronics Technician (M/F) Your main missions will be to: \*Production, Testing, verification & product validation - Participate in product production - Perform tests, calibrations, and inspections of electronic boards and equipment. - Participate in improving protocols aimed at anticipating potential failures and reducing customer returns. - Participate in product validation phases before production or stocking. \*Electronics troubleshooting & maintenance - Diagnose and repair circuits, components, and electronic boards. - Identify root causes of failures, propose corrective actions, and design improvements. - Document each intervention precisely and in a way that is usable by R&D, production, and after-sales teams. \*Technical support, after-sales service & customer relations - Be able to provide technical support to partners and customers, management of customer failures. - Use a ticketing tool (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira Service Management or similar) to ensure the traceability of interventions. - Play a key role in after-sales service, analyze recurring incidents, propose product improvements. \*Internal collaboration - Work in close collaboration with R&D, production, and quality teams. - Participate in technical feedback allowing for the improvement of electronic designs and test processes. Profile sought \*Training - CFC or ES technician in electronics, electronics. \*Experience - Minimum 2 years in electronics (Production, after-sales/Quality, or testing). - Experience in production, Testing, or after-sales service. \*Technical skills - Reading diagrams, diagnostics, soldering, tests and measurements. - Skills in analog and digital electronics. - Proficiency in using diagnostic tools (scope, multimeter, analyzers...). \*Transversal skills - Organization, autonomy, documentary rigor. - Strong sense of customer service and ability to simplify a technical problem. - Natural curiosity for innovation, continuous improvement, and product quality. - Ability to use tools/processes (ticketing, reporting, after-sales monitoring). \*Expected soft skills - Analytical and logical mindset - Dynamic and committed - Versatility and autonomy - Solution-oriented - Taste for customer contact and service - Ability to work with premium requirements - Ability to demonstrate flexibility and occasionally adapt working hours jpidb23b864jm jpit0835jm jpiy26jm
