Engineer Control Technology Energy Supply

You will continue to operate and develop central network control and OT systems of the critical energy infrastructure and ensure their secure operation.

Tasks

• Monitoring and operation of highly available network control, remote control, and peripheral systems
• Integration of new plants, data points, and functions during new constructions and renovations of switching and power plant facilities
• Execution of updates, patches, and release changes in the area of OT security including tests
• Collaboration on the automation of operating processes
• Ensuring the flawless operation of the network control and remote control systems
• Assumption of on-call services

Profile

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science or comparable technical training
• Focus on energy, automation, or control technology
• Experience in the operation or engineering of network control, SCADA, remote control, or process control systems
• Experience with automation or scripting solutions as well as databases
• Ideally knowledge in OT/IT security and remote control protocols
• German fluent (Level C), English good (Level B2)
