Your role

• Assumption of sales responsibility for the Swiss company with a clear perspective towards managing director
• Further development and implementation of the corporate strategy as well as active participation in future corporate development
• Responsibility for the sustainable development of turnover, earnings, profitability and market position
• Building and maintaining a resilient network of investors, general contractors, property developers, architects, specialist planners and installation companies
• Leadership and further development of the sales organization as well as promotion of a performance-oriented corporate culture
• Identification of new market and growth potentials as well as participation in expansion and acquisition projects

Your profile

• Several years of leadership experience in sales or in an entrepreneurial leadership function
• Sound professional experience in sanitary and heating wholesale, the supply industry, the construction trade or in a comparable sales-oriented environment
• Demonstrable successes in the establishment and leadership of sales organizations
• Good networking with relevant market players in Eastern Switzerland
• Entrepreneurial mindset, high initiative and strong implementation strength
• Authentic leadership personality with the potential to take over the managing director position in the medium term
