Technical Sales Clerk Internal Sales 100 % (m/f/d) # Your tasks • Preparation of offers and processing of orders incl. order entry in SAP • Technical telephone consultation of our customers • Announcement and ensuring of delivery dates • Processing of customer complaints as well as creation of returns and credit notes • Maintaining data in the customer information system (CRM) • Supporting the field service Your profile • Basic training as an electrical installer EFZ, automation technician EFZ or similar • Experience or further training in the commercial field would be an advantage • Independent and exact way of working, service-oriented team player • Very good user knowledge of the entire Office suite • Further advantage are SAP and CRM knowledge • Proficient German in speaking and writing, any additional language is a plus Our offer We maintain flat hierarchies, diversity, an open "Du" culture and welcome new ideas in the team.
