The Stiftung Brüttelenbad offers supervised living and working spaces for around 60 people with cognitive and multiple impairments. 100 specialists care for their well-being with the goal of enabling them to experience joy of life and security in the community. To strengthen our Wohngruppe Grün team, we are looking for, as of 01.08.2026 or by arrangement, a Healthcare Specialist or Care Specialist 50% What you do: • Care for clients in everyday life in the residential group with pedagogical, nursing, and administrative tasks • Maintaining and promoting the independence of the clients • Readiness for active teamwork • Planning and accompanying leisure activities • Key person work • Domestic tasks What you bring: • Completed training as Fachfrau/-mann Gesundheit EFZ or Fachfrau/-mann Betreuung EFZ • Keeping a cool head in hectic situations • High social competence as well as strong communication and organizational skills • Flexible, resilient, and humorous personality with pleasure in working independently • Enjoyment of active thinking within the team • Readiness for irregular working hours as well as taking on day and night shifts is desired • Driver's license category B and confident handling of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) What we offer you: • Varied work in a committed team and thorough induction • Attractive employment conditions in accordance with cantonal guidelines • Possibility of an additional auxiliary function of approx. 20% • 5 weeks of vacation • No split shifts • Free parking as well as public transport connection • Internal and external further training • The company social counseling Proitera supports employees with free professional counseling and support in all life situations In the new residential building in the Wohngruppe Grün, 8 clients live between the ages of 18 and 66.
