Machine Operator 4 Shift

What you can move:
Responsibility: As a major floater, you take on a central role in the 4-shift operation. In doing so, you are flexibly deployable in different areas of the paper machine and ensure a stable, safe, and efficient production process.

Machine Operation: You operate, control, and monitor systems and sub-processes of paper production according to production specifications. In the event of deviations or disturbances, you react quickly and initiate the necessary measures.

Technical Knowledge: You know the process steps at the paper machine and apply your knowledge in a targeted manner during ongoing operations.
Quality and Safety: You ensure compliance with quality, safety, and production specifications and support controls, shift reports, as well as the continuous improvement of processes.

Team and Development: You support the induction and further development of employees in shift operation and actively pass on your specialist knowledge.

Systems: You create electronic order confirmations and work reliably with the ERP system; SAP knowledge is an advantage.

What you bring with you:
Training: You have completed vocational training as a Papiermacher EFZ or bring equivalent know-how.

Experience: Thanks to your several years of professional experience, you know the process steps of a paper machine.

SAP: Ideally, you are already familiar with SAP.

Time Model: You are ready to work in the 4-shift system.
