Responsibilities ## As a specialized Accountant in accounting and taxation, your main tasks will be the following: • Manage daily accounting operations, including supplier and customer accounts, general accounting and bank reconciliations for legal entities and independents. • Prepare and submit tax returns for individuals and legal entities, including VAT, corporate tax and other legal obligations. • Ensure compliance with Swiss accounting and tax standards. • Participate in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders. • Provide tax advice and support to clients and internal teams. • Collaborate with auditors and regulatory authorities when necessary. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems to increase their efficiency and reliability. • Apply and follow IFRS standards. • Establish salary slips. • Process self-reporting procedures. • Ensure communication with clients and authorities. • Implement and monitor analytical accounting. Qualifications ## To succeed in this position, you must have: • A degree in accounting, finance or a related field. • Proven experience in accounting and taxation, ideally in the Swiss market. • Excellent knowledge of Swiss tax legislation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • A high level of attention to detail and precision. • Excellent communication skills in French and English; knowledge of German is an asset. • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
