For our ICT Projects team, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a
SYSTEM ENGINEER ICT PROJECTS (m/w/d)
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
You implement IT solutions directly at our customers':
Implementation of ICT projects in the Microsoft environment (M365 / Azure)
Construction and further development of Cloud, OnPrem and Hybrid infrastructures
Introduction and operation of Microsoft Teams telephony solutions
Configuration and operation of networks & firewalls
Analysis of customer requirements and implementation into functioning solutions
Close cooperation with customers as a technical contact person
Support in 2nd/3rd Level for complex topics
YOUR PROFILE
Several years of experience as a System Engineer / IT technician
Sound knowledge in:

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
• Microsoft Azure (Compute, Identity, Networking, Azure Virtual Desktop)
• Network & Firewall (Switches, WLAN, Routing, VPN)

Experience with Microsoft Teams telephony is an advantage
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Enjoyment of direct customer contact and of working with personal responsibility
NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with 3CX telephony
• Microsoft or network certifications
• Experience in the project environment with SME customers
