Assistant in Health and Social Care

For our client, a modern and family-run elderly and nursing home, we are looking for an engaged personality as an Assistant in Health and Social Care (AGS) or nursing assistant at a workload of 50--100%, starting immediately or by arrangement.

The institution offers around 119 residents a safe and appreciative home. A dedicated team ensures professional care, support, and guidance on a daily basis. In doing so, the individual needs and quality of life of the residents are the central focus.
Your tasks

• Carrying out basic care and supporting the residents in everyday life
• Needs- and situation-oriented care and support according to existing care planning
• Supporting the residents in activities of daily living
• Observation of the health status and passing on relevant information to the responsible nursing specialists
• Careful and complete maintenance of the nursing documentation
• Assumption of domestic activities
• Respectful and empathetic accompaniment of the residents
• Cooperation with the nursing and care team

Your profile

• Completed training as an Assistant in Health and Social Care (AGS) or nursing assistant
• Joy in working with elderly and people in need of care
• Empathy and appreciative treatment of residents and relatives
• Reliable, independent, and responsible way of working
• Teamwork skills and flexibility
• Willingness to actively contribute to everyday nursing care
