Clerk / Allrounder Sales / Inside Sales

We are looking for you to strengthen our six-person sales team. We are a regionally anchored family business, specialized in the sale of large household appliances for the kitchen and laundry room to private customers. Your tasks • Consultation / sale of household appliances; personally in our retail store and on the telephone as well as in writing via email • Recording and processing of offers and orders with Proffix (ERP – System Proffix) • Contact with customers / installers / suppliers during the execution and follow-up of orders • Ordering individual appliances in Proffix or with the suppliers • Scheduling customer appointments • Mutual support with the daily tasks in the store, back office, warehouse and installation team What you bring with you • completed apprenticeship as a retail employee or businessman/businesswoman • Consultation and sales are in your blood • You are friendly and open-minded • You like to take on responsibility, work carefully, yet goal-oriented and efficient • You have very good PC user skills What awaits you • experienced family-like team, for whom consultation / services are important • versatile independent activity • centrally located place of work (right by the Dübendorf train station) • Working hours Monday – Friday until 18.00 • 1 to max. 2 times per month deployment on Saturday (08.30 – 16.00) The position is also suitable for recent graduates who want to gain first professional experience and are willing to familiarize themselves with a new area of responsibility.
