Employee Course Management (10–40 % or hourly basis)

We are looking for a sympathetic voice for our course management To strengthen our team, we are looking for an upbeat, communicative and sales-oriented personality who offers our security services in the area of fire protection training, evacuation drills, first aid courses as well as other training offers to industrial customers, elderly and nursing homes, hospitals, retail and wholesale businesses. Your area of responsibility: • Acquisition, creation of offers as well as coordination of our course management • Telephone new customer acquisition in German-speaking Switzerland based on our existing customer and contact lists (industry, elderly and nursing homes, hospitals, retail and wholesale, etc.) • Maintenance and support of existing customers for repeat, refresher and supplementary courses • Preparation of customer data for individual offers • Telephone follow-up on sent offers as well as scheduling of course dates • Planning and coordination of the courses including deployment planning of the instructors • Ensuring a smooth flow of information between customers and our organization • Post-processing of the courses as well as evaluation of customer feedback • After careful training, you will be able to sell our courses independently and actively support our team Your profile: • Very good Swiss German skills as well as polished manners • Joy in making telephone calls and strong sales skills • Sympathetic, clear and lively voice • Independent, reliable and organized way of working • Confident mastery of the 10-finger typing system • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel We offer: • Flexible employment with a workload of 10–40 % or on an hourly basis • Remuneration optionally on an hourly or monthly wage basis • Careful introduction to your new area of responsibility • Independent and varied activity • Pleasant working environment in a motivated team Do you enjoy making telephone calls, enjoy customer contact and possess sales skills and are efficient in the office?
