• Professional preparation of operating rooms, instruments, and materials for surgical procedures

• Ensuring an optimal workflow in the OR in close cooperation with surgeons and the OR team
• Postoperative cleanup of the operating room and professional documentation of the measures taken
• Care and support of patients before, during, and after the operation

Your profile – Professional competence and organizational talent

• Completed training as Dipl. Fachfrau/Fachmann Operationstechnik HF
• Experience in the OR field is an advantage, but not mandatory
• High ability to concentrate, precision, and resilience in demanding situations
• Teamwork skills and interprofessional thinking for smooth cooperation in the OR
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
