ABOUT YOU

As part of our IT-Services team, you ensure the reliable operation and continuous further development of our corporate applications. Your focus is on our ERP system proALPHA. As a link between Business and IT, you understand the requirements of our specialist departments, analyze processes, and find practical solutions together with the users and external partners. In doing so, you actively help shape how we digitally represent our processes.

YOUR TASKS

• Operation, support, and further development of our corporate applications with a focus on proALPHA
• Analysis and optimization of business processes in cooperation with the specialist departments
• Recording and coordination of requirements, change requests, and further developments
• Participation and sub-project management in ERP, application, and digitalization projects
• Planning and execution of tests as well as maintenance of system and process documentation
• Support, advice, and training of our Key Users
• Coordination of external software and service partners
• Participation in User Support and IT Service Desk

YOUR PROFILE

• Training as a Wirtschaftsinformatiker HF/FH or comparable qualification
• Sound ERP and application knowledge as well as experience in support and further development
• Knowledge of proALPHA is an advantage
• Experience in Requirements Engineering and in the implementation of business requirements
• Very good understanding of business processes, ideally in a manufacturing SME, and their translation into system solutions
• Experience in controlling external IT and software partners is an advantage
• Networked thinking and strong communication skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Team-oriented and committed personality with enjoyment of improvements and initiative
