These are your tasks:
Operation, monitoring and maintenance of the HVAC systems and building services systems
Execution of maintenance, inspection and repair work
Systematic analysis and rectification of technical faults
Monitoring of the technical systems and early recognition of optimization potential
Execution and documentation of preventive maintenance measures
Accompanying and coordinating external specialist companies and service technicians
Support with conversions, technical projects and system optimizations
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
Documentation of work, faults and technical interventions
Ensuring a reliable and professional technical service for our customers and employees

Your profile:
Completed technical training in the field of HVAC, building technology, building services, sanitary, heating or ventilation
Several years of professional experience in technical building management or facility management is an advantage
Further training as a safety officer (SiBe) is an advantage
Good knowledge in the maintenance and upkeep of HVAC systems
Experience in fault analysis and independent troubleshooting
Technical understanding and a strong awareness of safety
Independent, structured and reliable way of working
High service orientation and professional appearance
Team player, flexible and resilient
Good English skills, French and German are an advantage
