HR Assistant You like field-based HR, days that are not alike, and environments where your work has a concrete impact? Join an HR team close to employees and operations at the heart of a dynamic construction company. Your missions * Support the employee life cycle: entries and exits, welcome and integration, contracts, work certificates, attestations, work permits, and administrative follow-up. * Manage time and absence management: control of hours, holidays, illness, accidents, and bad weather, as well as the monitoring of work derogations and construction site openings. * Ensure the complete payroll processing for Administration and Operations personnel: hours and payroll variables, controls, payslips, advances, debt collection, social security contributions, and periodic tasks, in compliance with legislation and the applicable CCT. * Complete management of training: training plan, registrations, organization, administrative and budgetary follow-up. * Actively participate in recruitments, from candidate searching to their integration. * Manage temporary personnel: requests, coordination with agencies, contracts, monitoring of hours and missions. Profile sought: * You are an organized and reliable person, who appreciates both administrative rigor and human contact. Comfortable in an operational environment where days are not alike, you know how to manage priorities while maintaining a sense of service. * You hold a CFC as a commercial employee and ideally a certificate as an HR Manager. You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable HR function, ideally acquired in construction. * You master the basics of Swiss labor law and ideally have good knowledge of the CCT of the construction sector. You are comfortable with IT tools and HR and payroll management systems (Mediasoft a plus). * Beyond your skills, it is also your personality that will make the difference: positive, accessible and solution-oriented, you enjoy contact, teamwork and contribute concretely to the quality of HR service.
