Our client amitola is a non-profit institution in Neuendorf (SO) (www.amitola.ch). Over 40 employees are committed to children and adolescents between the ages of 0 - 18 years. In the sense of a succession arrangement, we are looking for an experienced psychologist with a focus on child and adolescent psychology for the psychological leadership.

Your future function and role

As the psychological leader, you will assume psychological responsibility and lead the group leaders. You are directly subordinate to the institutional manager and act as their deputy.

• Psychological leadership
• Direct leadership responsibility for the group leadership
• Deputy for the institutional manager during absences
• Participation in all status meetings with the child/parents/cantonal authorities
• Contact person for authorities, specialist centers, and other partners
• Ensuring further development and quality standards

Our expectations

For this demanding task, you have the appropriate education and professional experience as a psychologist in dealing with children and adolescents.

• MAS in Psychology (applied psychology with children and adolescents) or comparable
• min. 3-5 years of experience in working with children and adolescents
• Perfect German language skills
• High level of personal responsibility, team and decision-making skills
• You are warm, empathetic, and very reliable
• High resilience and personal stability
• Readiness to support at night/on weekends in exceptional cases
