We are looking for you to join our team in Basel as Specialist in Systems & Process Management School Administration 80% - 100% (m/w/d) Your task Operation and further development of the IT systems of school administration, incl. ERP (Tocco) Analysis, optimization and automation of processes in administration and schools Support for schools in building efficient systemic workflows Consulting, training and support for users Ensuring high data quality in all relevant systems Collaboration on the introduction and further development of other systems (e.g. LMS – OpenOlat; MS - Power BI) Your requirements Completed education in the field of economics or business informatics (HF/FH/Uni) or proven multi-year professional experience in a comparable function. Experience with ERP systems and digital processes (workflows, interfaces, automations); experience with Tocco is an advantage. Experience in analysis and optimization of processes Enjoyment of operational work with systems (maintenance, configuration, further development) and collaboration with departments Confident in dealing with various stakeholder groups; clearly communicates requirements and accompanies their implementation.
