Operations Agent 100% CDI - Road maintenance service

Following the upcoming departure of an employee, and as part of a reorganization of its road maintenance service, the Municipalité de Jorat-Mézières is advertising the following position: Operations Agent 100% road maintenance service - Waste disposal center and eco-points manager Main missions: Ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the communal waste disposal center and the three eco-points. Supervision of the communal waste disposal center (on a rotational basis on Saturdays). Manage waste collection (communal bins). Participate in the cleaning of the Commune. Participate in the organization and smooth running of communal events by ensuring setup work, logistical support, and site restoration, including certain weekends and public holidays. Organize funeral services. Provide occasional assistance in other departments of the road maintenance service. Participate in winter on-call services. Your profile: Holder of a CFC as an Operations Agent (road maintenance option) or a CFC in a technical trade. You are organized, have a sense of responsibility, and are capable of taking initiative. You have a customer service orientation and possess an excellent team spirit, while knowing how to work autonomously. Having the certification of company trainer is an asset. Good physical condition required. Driving license cat. B indispensable, trailer license an asset. In order to ensure winter services and rapid interventions in case of need, you are domiciled in the Commune or in the immediate vicinity. Start date: immediately or by arrangement. Information: M.
