Training Manager (60%) ISFB is the Competence and Career Center for banks and financial institutes in French-speaking Switzerland. The Institute offers specific services to the banking and finance sector in terms of Continuing Education, Certifications, Career Development and Network Outreach. Created in 1987 in the form of a non-profit professional association recognized as being of public utility, ISFB currently brings together more than fifty establishments from the banking and financial sector across French-speaking Switzerland. To respond to the increase in our activity volumes, we are looking for a/an Training Manager (60%) Your mission At the heart of the operations of the professional association dedicated to the training and skill development of bankers, you ensure the coordination, organization and operational monitoring of ISFB products and services across their entire value chain. A true interface between speakers, participants and internal teams, you actively contribute to guaranteeing a quality, fluid and professional experience, in line with the excellence standards of the Swiss banking sector. Main tasks Ensure the operational management of assigned products Master the products across their entire value chain Guarantee versatility between the different products in the catalogue Plan and organize training sessions as well as associated services Coordinate speakers and participants and ensure administrative follow-up Contribute to the optimization of product production Apply internal and external quality standards Provide first-level advice by telephone and by e-mail to a general public clientele Your profile Academic training at bachelor level (law, economics, sciences) Excellent administrative rigor High sense of organization and priorities Coordination capacity and strong versatility Orientation towards quality, precision and reliability Interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication French native language and English level C1 Banking sector experience: a definite advantage Conditions Work on site, 3 days per week to be defined jpid34caa45jm jit0832jm jiy26jm
