Operations Employee in the Food Industry (w/m/d)

Your tasks include:

• Production support: Assist in the manufacture of high-quality food products in compliance with all quality standards.
• Operating and managing equipment
• Quality control: Monitor and ensure product quality through regular checks and compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Cooking various semi-finished products
• Packaging: Support the packaging and labeling of products to ensure an appealing presentation
• Representation and cooperation in cleaning (approx. 20%)

Qualifications

Requirements:

• You have already gained experience in the food industry, especially in the area of production or packaging.
• Independence: You work independently and reliably and keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
• Teamwork: Working in a team is a matter of course for you, and you actively contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
• Hygiene awareness: A strong awareness of hygiene regulations is a matter of course for you.
• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form
• You are willing to work on weekends and also in the night shift.
