For the location in Pfäffikon SZ, we are looking for a: Plant Mechanic / Setter 100% (w/m/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Pfäffikon SZ Industry: Industry various Publication date: 05.08.2026 Your tasks • Tool preparation, creation of the winding program and calibration of the camera monitoring • Developing possibilities to sustainably improve processes • Responsible for quality, schedule and cost compliance as well as adherence to health and safety policy • Active participation in fixing errors and problems • General mechanical work on the systems Your profile • Basic technical training mandatory (such as mechanic, production mechanic, polymechanic, ..) • Experience with tiny parts; ideally experience in handling metal springs • Experience in the area of automated assembly processes and systems • Good to very good German skills; English skills an advantage • Analytical skills, pronounced sensitivity and resilient • Physically fit (partly standing work) What you may expect Modern workplace, international environment, collegial team and fair employment conditions.
