Polymechaniker/in - CNC Manufacturing 5-Axis Milling & Coordinate Grinding

Activities

• Participate in the setup of the new manufacturing plant
• Accompany the commissioning of the new machine
• Create programs in Siemens NX and on HEIDENHAIN TNC7
• Independently set up Fehlmann VERSA 745 and EROWA ERC 150
• Manufacture precision parts in 5-axis milling and coordinate grinding

Requirements

• Apprenticeship as Polymechaniker EFZ or equivalent technical basic training
• Sound practical experience in 5-axis milling
• Experience with HEIDENHAIN controls is required
• CAM experience with Siemens NX is considered a plus
• Good oral and written German skills
