Alpiq Hydro Aare AG ensures sustainable electricity production with its three run-of-river hydroelectric power plants. For our plants in Niedergösgen, we are looking for a committed personality who enjoys technology and wants to take on responsibility. Your Tasks Support in the leadership and organization of the operations team to ensure safe, economical, and law-compliant operation. Independent inspection, maintenance, and repairs on the plants; execution of switching orders; analysis and rectification of malfunctions. Safe and deliberate action during operational malfunctions as well as execution of smaller repairs. Execution of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic inspections as well as maintenance work, outdoor work on the trash rack, boat crossings, small environmental works. Leadership of small teams, supervision of fitters and technicians, ensuring occupational safety. Maintenance of inspection and maintenance plans, documentation, processing of small projects and optimizations. Your Profile Basic training in the electrical or mechanical field with technical further education (e.g., Techniker HF). Professional experience in the power plant sector or comparable industry with practical maintenance experience is an advantage. Readiness for on-call service every 5-6 weeks (Niedergösgen and Winznau should be reachable from your home within 30 minutes). Expertise in the fields of mechanics, hydraulics, electrical engineering, automation; organization and documentation of processes. Independent, resilient, team player, and flexible. Fluent German, English and French are an advantage. Driver's license category B.
