Product Manager (m/w) 80-100%

Tasks: • Responsibility for the aluminium product range on the Swiss market • Planning, support and further development of the product portfolio over the entire product life cycle • Leadership of projects for optimisation and introduction of new products and systems • Conducting market, competition and product analyses as well as deriving suitable measures • Development and implementation of business and market launch strategies • Creation of requirement profiles for new products in cooperation with internal and external partners • Preparation of product documents as well as conducting product training sessions • Close collaboration with Schüco and other contacts • Representation of the company at trade fairs and events Requirements: • Completed commercial or technical basic training • Ideally further education or professional experience in product management • Good technical knowledge in the field of metal construction, building systems or mechatronics • Analytical and structured way of working as well as a good understanding of market and customer needs • Communicative, committed and independent personality • Enjoyment of collaboration with various internal and external contacts • Very good German language skills in word and writing, further language skills in English, French or Italian are an advantage
