Responsibilities:

• Organize, clean and maintain the work premises as well as the kitchen equipment in good condition
• Store all cleaned items in the areas designated for this purpose
• Wash the kitchen equipment respecting all hygiene procedures and standards established by the school
• Ensure that all access and circulation areas in the kitchen are clear and clean
• Use cleaning products and machines in accordance with technical requirements
• Ensure appropriate waste management and transport

Profile and experiences:

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of HACCP standards
• Flexibility with working hours
• Able to work in a team, dynamic, rigorous, efficient, versatile
• Sense of cleanliness and initiative
• Fluent French, English an asset
• Driver's license a plus
