What to expect ##

In the marketing department of the Mobiliar, located in Markt Management, we are creating a new leadership position for our Campaigning team. For this, we are looking for a Team Lead who will be responsible for our integrated positioning and marketing campaigns at the Awareness and Consideration stages of the marketing funnel. In doing so, you will report to the Head of Marketing Communication and work closely with Performance Marketing and Direct Marketing.

What you will achieve with us ##

You will lead a team of eight Marketing Communication Managers personally and professionally and, together with them, create the foundation for effective positioning and marketing campaigns. In doing so, you will plan and prioritize resources, set clear priorities, and support your team in the process of developing integrated campaigns.

Together with your team, you will ensure that briefings, concepts, storylines, and campaign setups are aligned with the strategic goals and target groups of the Mobiliar. You will review the impact of the campaigns, derive optimizations, and ensure that our brand is consistently implemented across all campaign channels.

You will work closely with various teams within and outside of marketing as well as with agencies and external partners and promote collaborative cooperation. At the same time, you will further develop campaigning with a view to processes, guidelines, and projects and actively contribute your perspective to the Marketing Communication leadership team.

What you bring with you ##

• Completed studies in communication, marketing, business administration, or a comparable field of study
• At least 3 years of proven personal and professional leadership experience. You possess a modern understanding of leadership, lead in a motivating manner, strengthen individual responsibility, and create a trusting but ambitious work environment
• Several years of experience in integrated campaigning for one or more major Swiss brands
• Very good knowledge of communication strategy, media strategy and planning, digital marketing, agency management, and handling KPI/data
• Strong conceptual and communicative skills, combined with a hands-on mentality and a highly creative mindset
• High resilience and composure in dealing with a diverse and demanding stakeholder environment up to C-Level
• Very good German skills as well as good English and French skills
