• Participation in the implementation of the real estate and property strategy as well as in the monitoring of service provider services regarding quality, deadlines, and costs
• Support in the coordination of operational facility management services in the assigned area of responsibility
• Processing, assessment, and approval of tickets within the defined competencies as well as follow-up of the resulting measures
• Ensuring close contact with building users, recording their needs, and supporting the finding of solutions
• Conducting regular building inspections, identifying potential for improvement, and following up on agreed measures
• Support in the organization and coordination of moves, space adjustments, and furnishing requirements
• Collaboration on smaller projects and improvement measures in cooperation with internal departments and external service providers
• Maintenance and updating of relevant building and occupancy information as well as creation of reports and protocols
• Completed training or further education in the field of Facility Management, hospitality, or real estate management
• Initial professional experience in facility management, hospitality, the real estate environment, administration, or a comparable field
• High motivation to learn new things in an operational function and to develop professionally
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as strong communication skills and a confident appearance
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working with good organizational skills
• High IT affinity and confident handling of MS Office; technical understanding in the area of buildings and facility management is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
