Team Leader Nursing Residential Group and Member of Management (m/f/d) 80–100 % The privately managed senior center in the middle of the city of Winterthur offers around 150 residents a living and life space in which they feel comfortable and are cared for according to their needs. The Seniorenzentrum Wiesengrund is a recognized and popular operation in the healthcare sector. As Team Leader, you will take over the personnel, technical, and organizational leadership of a nursing residential group with 37 residents and around 35 employees. Together with the responsible nursing expert/APN, you will form a tandem and ensure professional, needs-oriented care and nursing. To strengthen our team, we are looking for, as of 1.
