To strengthen our administration team, we are looking for a committed and professionally experienced personality, effective immediately or by arrangement, who will support us with high care and professionalism. Your tasks Performance control and accounting You control the monthly time tracking as well as the services provided by our employees. In close cooperation with the specialists, you ensure the correct and timely billing of our case work and ensure that invoices are created and sent to our customers in a timely manner. Controlling and administration of cost approvals You support the management team in the preparation of offers and bear responsibility for complete and seamless case financing. Through monthly billing, you ensure the correct monitoring of balances and transparent financial management. Administrative processing If required, you support the administration team in daily business and take on versatile administrative tasks in case and personnel management.
