Requirement Profile ##

• Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF/FH or equivalent recognition
• Experience in long-term care, psychiatry, or a comparable specialist field
• Experience in dealing with people with dementia is an advantage
• Confidence and calmness in challenging care situations
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Good German language skills

Tasks ##

• Care and support of patients with dementia and delirium
• Assessment and accompaniment of different and complex care situations
• Responsibility for the care process
• Professional handling of challenging behaviors
• Collaboration in the interprofessional team
• Nursing documentation and ensuring the quality of care
