What you will achieve with us In this responsible function, you will actively support the ward management in the leadership and promotion of the approximately 25 committed employees. In close cooperation with the ward management, vocational training, and technical expertise, you will ensure and develop high-quality care, taking into account the business management key figures and the goals of acute care. You will introduce innovations and development projects together with the department's management team and accompany them to successful implementation. In your function, you bring a lot of personal responsibility and a high degree of independence to daily decision-making.
