Your main missions:

Keeping of the general accounting, including management of debtors and creditors, control of invoices and monitoring of payments
Reception and management of telephone calls
Ease with customer and supplier contact
Mastery of social networks and marketing activities
Creation of production orders for production, confirmation of deadlines to customers + invoicing
Collaboration with production within an autonomous cell (establishing schedules)
Sending abroad (customs document, internet form...

Profile:

CFC commercial employee, appreciated professional maturity
Autonomous, versatile, sense of responsibility, motivated
Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, ERP)
At least 2 years of experience in a company
Native French language and minimum B2 level in German or English
