• Taking over own projects after careful induction
• Central contact person for customers, suppliers and planning partners throughout the entire project process
• Internal support for the project managers and management in daily business
• Carrying out site surveys and measurement appointments for private customers as well as on construction sites
• Creation of offers, order confirmations, execution documents and CAD drawings
• Coordination of customer appointments, material orders, assembly assignments and warranty/repair orders
• Ensuring the customary execution quality while complying with occupational safety
• Participation in cost management and the billing process as well as optimization of various internal processes

What WE do not want to do without:

• Completed vocational training EFZ in a manual field, ideally as a carpenter, joiner, metalworker or a comparable training

(alternatively lateral entrant with several years of professional experience in the window or door industry)

• Further training to become a project manager is an advantage

but not a requirement, we are happy to support you in your professional development

• Confident handling of MS Office and CAD, knowledge of Bexio is an advantage
• Customer orientation, service mindset and quality awareness at the highest level
• Passion for contact with all stakeholders
• Independent, organized and solution-oriented way of working paired with teamwork
• Willingness to perform and learn including technical understanding
• Proficient German in spoken and written form and a well-groomed, confident appearance
• Driver's license category B
