IT Security Engineer 100% Pully, the 7th city in the Canton with its 19,500 inhabitants, is emerging as a major player in the regional development of the eastern Lausanne area. Its municipal administration is, like itself, a dynamic entity of 250 employees, notably encouraging continuous training, preventive health actions, and soft mobility. In order to complete the staff of the Service des systèmes d’information, the Municipality of the Ville de Pully is advertising a position for an IT Security Engineer 100% Mission: Taking charge of, monitoring, documenting, and resolving cyber incidents. Participation in projects, the evolution, and the operation of IT protection and security systems. Main activities: Contributing to the strengthening of system configurations and testing them through regular audits (servers, workstations, OS, services, network equipment, directories, authentications); Execution of activities related to the administration of protection solutions and security systems in accordance with prescriptions and directives. (EDR / NDR / SIEM / IPS / WAF / FW / SEG); Performing monitoring and vigilance tasks related to the management of vulnerabilities, protection solutions, and security systems; Identifying risks related to vulnerabilities, developing and implementing mitigation plans; Participating in the maintenance of documentation, procedures, and validation protocols for continuity and recovery plans, as well as their execution; Participating in compliance activities related to legal cybersecurity requirements imposed on the SSI and its partners; Participation and assistance in department projects from a security perspective and also under other aspects depending on skills; Writing documentation related to operations. Desired profile: University or HES degree in computer science, cybersecurity, networks and services, or training and experience deemed equivalent; Successful experience in a similar position in a park larger than 100 workstations; Good knowledge of Microsoft and Linux (Debian) operating systems; Basic knowledge of networks, notably Vlan, IP, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, TLS, as well as MS Active Directory DS and CS administration; Good knowledge in the administration and implementation of security systems; Experience in the administration of CheckPoint, Fortinet, F5 BIP-IP, DarkTrace, SentinelOne, Cisco Catalyst, and ProofPoint solutions, an asset; Experience in securing OT systems, an asset; Proficiency in French and technical English; Writing skills and ability to synthesize; Knowledge of ITIL processes; Aptitude to collaborate as a team member within the framework of projects; Logical, organized, rigorous, and good analytical skills; Sense of responsibility, good stress management, and proactivity; Interpersonal skills, patience, and tolerance; Team spirit and ability to work independently; Motivation and ability to learn.
