Tasks • Repairs to multimedia devices such as TV and HiFi systems as well as PC monitors • Refurbishing of second-hand devices • Creating cost estimates and ordering spare parts • Providing telephone information to internal departments, customers and suppliers Requirements • Completed vocational training as a multimedia electronics technician and/or professional experience in the field of multimedia technology • Business fluent German or French skills • Manual dexterity and an independent way of working • Good user knowledge in IT systems such as MS Office Teams, workshop tools and SAP is an advantage
