For the next development phase, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality as Managing Director / Chair of the Executive Board. Your Task You will assume overall operational responsibility for an established SME with high-quality technical products, strong customer service and clear development potential. The focus is on further strengthening market presence, customer relationships and sales in an established, technically demanding business field. You recognize market opportunities, win customers, position technical solutions understandably and further develop a company with clarity, energy and moderation. Personally, you are characterized by entrepreneurial courage, a strong will to lead, independence as well as a high solution and result orientation – paired with the necessary care and prudence in everyday operations. Experience in the construction supply industry, building technology, technical capital goods, plant engineering, real estate, infrastructure, parking or mobility solutions is an advantage. Entrepreneurial thinking and strong sales and market orientation. Very good oral and written language skills in German as well as in French and / or Italian are required.
