La Source is recruiting for the position of : Occupational Health Nurse In collaboration with the relevant services, you contribute significantly to the promotion and prevention of the health of the students and staff of our higher education institution. You advise the management of La Source regarding the work and study environment and propose the necessary improvement measures in compliance with legal requirements. You are also in charge of collecting, analyzing, and maintaining the health records of students while guaranteeing data confidentiality. In the event of sick leave or accident, you are a resource person to support staff members and students and to carry out follow-up with external partners. Holder of a HES nursing degree or equivalent, completed by postgraduate training in occupational health or community health, you have acquired professional experience in a similar function and environment, or as a school nurse in compulsory education. You possess good knowledge regarding occupational health and safety in an academic setting. You are comfortable with office tools, particularly Microsoft 365. An autonomous and discreet personality, you are recognized for your interpersonal and listening skills. You like working within a multidisciplinary team and contributing to its development.
