This is what you can expect ### • You are responsible for the operational processing and triage of Spitex and nursing home cases. • You check need reports, prescriptions and other documents according to legal, professional and contractual requirements. • Additionally, you are responsible for processing prescriptions as well as checking and processing Spitex and nursing home invoices. • You ensure correct and traceable documentation in the relevant systems. • You work closely with service providers and internal specialist departments. • You are the contact person for technical and administrative questions and maintain a professional exchange with different stakeholder groups. This is what you bring ### • You have completed a commercial basic training. • You have already gained professional experience in the health insurance industry, preferably in performance review. • If you also have medical or nursing knowledge, all the better. • You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner. You also appreciate team exchange. • You enjoy analyzing contexts and finding solutions. • Your communication is clear and tailored to the target group. • If you have French and/or Italian language skills, this is an advantage.
