Your Task ##

• Ensuring stable, secure and high-performance IT operations for clients in the healthcare sector
• Independent support, administration and further development of demanding IT infrastructures, both remotely and directly on-site
• Analysis and sustainable resolution of technical malfunctions in 2nd-level support for client, server and network environments
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft server and client environments as well as network and VoIP solutions
• Analysis of security-relevant events as well as implementation of system updates, security patches and maintenance work
• Active participation in the planning and implementation of demanding IT infrastructure projects in various client environments
• Structured processing of support tickets, creation and maintenance of technical documentation as well as coordination of external service providers
• Participation in regular on-call service as well as occasional assignments outside of regular working hours

Your Profile ##

• Completed training as an Informatiker/in EFZ with a specialization in platform development or system engineering, degree in computer science or comparable qualification
• At least three years of professional experience as a System Engineer or ICT System Specialist, preferably at an IT service company
• Profound knowledge in Microsoft server and client environments, Active Directory, Group Policies and Microsoft 365
• Practical experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Workspace, virtual desktop infrastructures as well as Microsoft Azure
• Solid technical expertise in network and firewall technologies as well as experience with information security, data protection and sensitive data
• Analytical mindset, independent and structured way of working as well as strong customer and service orientation
• Proficient German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
• Valid driver's license category B as well as willingness to perform on-call, evening and occasional weekend assignments
