The foundation is committed to people with severe multiple impairments, especially for persons with increased care and structural needs. The location in Fehraltdorf is one of three institutions of the foundation and accompanies and promotes 72 children and adolescents with an intensive care, nursing, and/or structural need between the ages of 4 - 18 years. Their offering includes school, living, and therapy. Job Description ## • Supplementing the night watch team in various residential groups, especially in the Therapeutic Residential School Group (TWSG) • Taking responsibility for the well-being and safety of the entrusted children and adolescents during the night • Empathetic support of children and adolescents with different impairments, especially perception impairments in the autism spectrum, according to the action plan • Intervention in acute illnesses and escalating psychological crises as well as initiating immediate measures in emergencies with corresponding information flow to all those involved. • Ensuring the information flow to the night watch team and the residential groups • Workload 50-90% Requirement Profile ## • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF or FH. • Professional experience in a relevant specialist field is an advantage. • Sense of responsibility and high social competence. • Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work in a team. • Knowledge of IT/PC applications. • Willingness for flexible working hours and weekend services. • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing.
