Description: Application deadline: 14 August 2026 At the heart of a demanding industrial environment with high energy stakes, you ensure the operation, safety, and evolution of all electrical installations on the site. You supervise a multidisciplinary team and actively contribute to the performance, reliability, and modernization of our equipment. What awaits you: • Assume full responsibility for the electrical installations of the production site • Manage and optimize the fleet of electric motors, MCCs, MV and LV lines, as well as building installations • Supervise and develop a team of electricians, automation technicians, and instrument technicians • Plan and organize activities according to operational priorities • Actively participate in investment projects and the modernization of installations • Guarantee the safety of people and installations (controls according to OIBT and electrical safety concept) • Propose and implement technical and organizational improvement actions • Ensure the monitoring of apprentice training and develop the team's skills • Participate in the on-call service according to the pre-established rotation What you bring: • Federal diploma of electrical project manager in installation and safety (BPEL), ideally official authorization to install (IFCF) • Solid knowledge of industrial electrical standards and high-voltage installations • Good mastery of electric motors and industrial equipment • Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (ideally Simatic S7) • Proficiency with IT tools (MS Office, SAP or equivalent ERP) • Natural leadership, sense of responsibility, and solution orientation • Analytical capacity, rigor, and team spirit • Strong commitment to occupational health and safety We are proud to live a culture of diversity and inclusion.
