To strengthen our team at a central location in Basel city center, we are looking for an engaged personality as a Recruitment Consultant 100% by arrangement. For this position, we mandatory require existing professional experience in recruitment or temporary staffing. Your tasks essentially include: Recruiting, placing, and supporting suitable candidates; Customer care and new acquisition (predominantly by telephone); Customer visits at the company or on the construction site; Personnel administrative support for our consultant team. You bring with you: A completed education; Experience in recruitment; Commercial knowledge; Healthy ambition, assertiveness, and high self-motivation; Independent and solution-oriented way of working; Teamwork skills; Fluent Swiss German and good French skills; Driver's license Cat. B.
