The Tramelan primary school consists of 21 classes from 1H to 8H, two support groups, and one reception group. These classes are distributed across 4 school buildings. The teaching team is composed of more than sixty teachers, including 18 specialized teachers. Our school is managed by a management team consisting of a director, a director of special education, a deputy director cycle 1, and a deputy director cycle 2.

Tasks ###

• Organization of teaching and pedagogical management of the school - Implementation and adaptation of a strong school project - Management of relations and communication with the teaching staff, parents, and school-related services - Collaboration with political bodies - Global supervision of the school and the pedagogical teams of cycles 1 and 2 - Periodic evaluation of teachers - Administrative management of the school in close collaboration with the secretariat - Management of replacements - Participation in school and local life

Requirements ###

• Recognized pedagogical training with at least 5 years of experience in public school - FORDIF or training deemed equivalent - Experience in management and school direction - Good knowledge of primary schools - Extensive skills in team coordination, planning, management, and administrative monitoring - Very good communication and analytical skills - Clear and collaborative leadership - Benefiting from a solid and extensive network would be an advantage - Ensuring compliance with the budgetary framework and allocated credits
