Within the Personnel Directorate, the Employment Conditions department is the center of expertise for labor law issues, personnel law instruments, and employment conditions. We are looking for a Paralegal to start immediately or by agreement.* What to expect ## • You will support the Employment Conditions team in labor law issues and take on simpler legal clarifications independently. • You will advise and accompany internal departments on administrative and legal matters in the personnel environment. • You will coordinate communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders and ensure structured document management. • You will participate in exciting projects and create appealing presentations and decision-making bases. What you bring ## • Completed training as a Paralegal with a federal certificate of proficiency or comparable education and training with experience in a legal or law-related environment. Applications from people with in-depth practical experience are also welcome. • Initial professional experience in the labor law environment is an advantage. • Very good German language skills and a precise, structured, and reliable way of working. • High service orientation, team spirit, and initiative as well as pleasure in developing solutions together. • Safe handling of MS Office, openness to digital tools and AI applications, and interest in collaboration with lawyers.
