As Product Manager for injection systems, you are the central interface between different specialist departments and accompany our products throughout their entire life cycle. You work closely with interdisciplinary teams, customers from the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, as well as sales, and contribute to successfully positioning innovative solutions in the market. In doing so, you combine technical understanding with customer orientation, strategic thinking, and a strong hands-on mentality.

Your main tasks ###

• Central interface function between different specialist departments with active participation in the development of variants for injection systems (autoinjectors)
• Functional leadership within interdisciplinary teams as well as responsibility for assigned product variants after their market launch
• Ensuring a smooth flow of information between internal teams and B2B customers from the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
• Representation of customer requirements in projects as well as active stakeholder management
• Independent analysis and solution of diverse challenges - from technical and quality-relevant topics to logistical and commercial issues
• Support of sales regarding business opportunities as well as conducting training on product positioning, competitive advantages, value proposition, and technical product properties
• Coordination and implementation of product changes and optimizations (e.g., Change Control and CAPAs)
• Ensuring product profitability as well as contributing to high customer satisfaction

Your profile ###

• Completed studies (Bachelor/Master) in business administration, engineering, or a related field
• Initial professional experience (at least 2 years) in product management, project management, business development, or a comparable interface function - ideally in the medical technology or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation, combined with a proactive hands-on mentality
• Ability to combine technical, commercial, and customer-related requirements and derive clear priorities from them
• Structured, independent way of working with high organizational ability; experience in a GMP-regulated environment is an advantage
• Technical understanding or interest in complex technical topics as well as very good German (C1) and English skills (C1)
